Algorithmic art from the 1970’s

My father was a pioneer in the computer art world, he was making computer art as early as 1976 at MSU. At first glance this art seems basic but so much work and thought had to go into it. High level math and the coding required aside, this was all a totally new medium at the time. I feel like this is real art history, thanks for your time, I hope you can check it out.
